In-App Support


Please, use in-app support dialog for reporting issues about Downie.
You can access the support dialog by clicking on the Support button in the bottom-right corner of the main window.
If the application is crashing on launch, please re-download a fresh copy from its webpage. If the issue persists or if you are using an older version of Downie which does not include the in-app support dialog, please continue to this form.
If you need to download Downie 2, you can find a link under the FAQ section on the app's webpage.
Please make sure that you are entering the correct license code into the correct application. Note that even if you are entitled to a free upgrade, you need to retrieve a new license code by clicking on the upgrade link on Downie's webpage or within the application itself.
