Dispatch Actions

Dispatch lets you send any article to a Shortcuts workflow with a single click. You can configure up to five named actions, each mapped to a keyboard shortcut.

Triggering an Action

When reading an article, a row of action pills appears at the bottom of the preview. Click a pill to run its Shortcuts workflow, passing the article's title and URL as input. You can also press ⌘1 through ⌘5 to trigger the corresponding action by keyboard.

Configuring Actions

Open Settings → Dispatch to manage your actions. Each slot has a display name, the name of the Shortcuts workflow to run, and an Enabled toggle. Disabled slots are hidden from the pill bar.
